I weigh on the Wii Fit and last Tuesday my Body Mass Index (BMI) was 23.77=151 pounds and today it was the exact same!

I am not discouraged though because I know this will be a slow and steady process

I did well this week- saving my “one sweet” until Sunday, but I ate several at the shower

I walked and ran five times

I ordered Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and started a food diary

So I am calling it success

But next week I hope to have lost 2 pounds

You are going to do great Alyssa! It will all come off before you know it. I have heard though that it isn’t a good thing to completely cut sweets from your diet because when you do that, you splurge because of all the buildup and then you’re back where you’re started. I would just try moderation and portion sizes with fitness! You’re brave for putting it all on here! :) Good luck.
